Notice:
Customer hereby agrees to pay Merchant's Discount Health Plan for Services on a monthly basis at the agreed rate. Payment will be made via a monthly charge to the Customer’s bank account through which fees and charges related to Discover Network Card transactions are assessed (“Account”). You agree that we, Discover Network or any acquirer with whom you establish a relationship to enable you to accept payment card transactions may provide Account information in confidence to any other party who requires such Account information in order to bill Customer for the Services provided hereunder. Customer shall pay the full monthly rate for the Services, regardless of the date of commencement or cancellation of the Services. All rates are stated net of all applicable federal, state and local taxes.
